Tish Rabe

Tish Rabe is the best-selling author of The Cat in the Hat’s Learning Library, a series of non-fiction science books and the gentle, inspirational stories of The I Believe Bunny. A television series based on her books, “The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot about That” airs daily on PBS Kids. In her interactive classroom presentations, Ms. Rabe gets students excited about reading and writing, takes them through the writing process from initial idea to finished book and gives them tips on how to do accurate non-fiction research.  Students have fun singing the “Reading and Writing” song and writing their own “Dr. Seuss” poem.  In classrooms and Sunday schools where she presents The I Believe Bunny, she shares the inspiration for creating her own character and the beautiful world he calls home.
